Our seventh anniversary it was successful because of you. Customers, friends and Mision19 teamwork you make that we always maintain the search of elements that can offer an experience of quality and excellence. And of course to chef Javier Plascencia and our special guests chef Oswaldo Oliva and the sommelier Arisbeth Araujo from Lorea to delight us with your talent.

The Soul of Baja

Last October 18th the Pairing Dinner called The Soul of Baja was held as part of the events framework of the seventh edition of Baja Culinary Fest 2017, where Javier Plascencia and our guest chefs were local talents presenting fresh products from the region .
Thank you for accepting the invitation to be part of this incredible evening for Chef Luis Gómez de Mision19, Chef Manuel Brito from Villa Saverios, Chef Nadia Fernández de Caesars, Chef Imelda Ramírez from Erizo and Chef Pedro Peñuelas from Finca Altozano and of course all our customers and friends for making this event a success with your assistance.
