8 Anniversary

This past Thursday, January 24th, we celebrated our eight anniversary with a tribute to our beloved Popotla Village, we were enthusiastically joined by the house´s chefs Javier Plascencia and Luis Gomez; teaming – up with the talented cook Lorena Lopez from ¨La estrella¨ restaurant, as well as the sommeliers Juan Antonio Ramírez Ortega and Daniel Sánchez.

A night with ¨norteña¨ music on the background, taking us back to this place that is so peculiar in our region, a course menu and the awesome company of our clients and friends who have taken part of our success throughout all these years.

It is a source of pride for us to know that the objective with which we opened Mision19 is still valid and we continue to be a guide in the kitchen of la Baja and of course to our beloved Tijuana.
